In the village of Castell'Arquato, which is certainly worth a visit, this small Osteria enhances Piacenza cuisine with some pleasant reinterpretations. Rustic but welcoming atmosphere. Simple, attentive and non-intrusive service. Abundant and tasty dishes. The appetizer of Piacenza cured meats with fried gnocco is unmissable: superlative! Also very good traditional pisarei and a delicious stuffed guinea fowl. Very good price/quality ratio. I will definitely go back.

Really great lunch. Brought my two-year-old son and we were both VERY pleased with the gnocchi with duck ragù and the pisarei. The service was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to have a traditional Italian lunch or dinner. The food is delicious and severed in a wonderful way. The service personal is very kind and attentive. We had the caramelized onion tart with the mousse di parmigino as a starter, which we can really recommend. Everything else was delicious too.

Small tavern located in a characteristic street of the medieval town of Castell'Arquato. We took the cold cuts platter with fried gnocco: very fresh and excellent cured meats, very delicate gnocco. As first courses we tried the carbonara with culatello and truffle, onion soup with mushrooms and ricotta, velouté with squid and pisarei and fasö: everything perfect, especially the carbonara. As for the second course, the sliced sirloin with potatoes: here too very well cooked meat. Tiramisu for dessert: good, but almost all cream. I suggest adding a couple more ladyfingers. Friendly and approachable owner. Reservation recommended.

In the area it is really hard to find a bad restaurant. The Piccola Osteria uses really good products and serves traditional dishes well prepared. The carbonara with truffle and culatello was a blast!Good wine selection, highly recommend the ortrugo.

We went to this restaurant last night and were really happy.Super friendly and helpful owner and waitress. Convivial atmosphere and really nice place. Amazing food. I am a vegetarian and there were very good alternatives for me too.My table mates had a cold cuts platter with fried dumplings as a starter and I had a fantastic onion soup!Then...do you want to not take Pisarei and fasö?!? Really top. One of us took the anolini in broth, even those defined as top. Sweet conclusion with apple pie, lemon tart and passitosbrisolona....Really super, we are very happy

The curiosity to try that carbonara with truffle and raw ham seen in some excellent reviews led me to this tavern! And it was a great choice! A decidedly unique dish!! The friendliness of the owners was equally pleasant! Sometimes a simple but warm environment like this tavern is 100 times better than a starred restaurant! The cured meats with the fried pie and their giardiniera are also excellent! I'm only sorry I didn't try the desserts (I was already too hungry!) because they seemed just as good! But we will return with the excuse of trying them!!! Among other things, the fresh and sparkling gutturnio is also very good!! Excellent quality/price ratio!
